Wedge Wire Strainer Characteristics:
1. High strength. The cross-section height of V-shaped screen bar is greater than the width, and the
screen bar has its own strength. The contact points between the screen bar and the support bar are
fixed by welding to form a whole screen bar.
2. It is not easy to block. The V-shaped sieve strips are arranged together. From the cross section,
the opening is a bell mouth. Once the catalyst particles pass through the gap of the sieve strips,
they will be taken away by the fluid, because there are only two points of contact between the
particles and the edge of the sieve strips, so the possibility of sticking in the gap of the sieve strips
is very small. The contact area between the edge of the hole and the particles is large,
so the particles may get stuck.
